Anita Marshall

Anita Marshall, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Ms. Marshall is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Raised in Midland, she graduated in 1989 from Midland High School and is now married with two children. Ms. Marshall gained her RN license in 2004 at Odessa College, received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing in 2009, and her Master's Degree in Nursing in 2011 at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center.

As a Registered Nurse, Anita began her career with Midland Memorial Hospital becoming charge nurse in the Emergency Department. In 2009, Ms. Marshall changed her career avenue towards trauma and transferred to Medical Center Hospital and became the charge nurse of a Level II Trauma center Emergency Department. After obtaining her Nurse Practitioner, she became more active with trauma care while serving as the Lead Trauma Nurse Practitioner for the leading trauma center in the Permian Basin. Ms. Marshall has a total of 10 years of medical experience specialized in emergency and trauma. She also holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.

Outside of work, Anita served as Secretary for the Basketball Booster club for Greenwood High School and delivers Meals on Wheels during lunch hour.

Jack "Kim" Willis Jr.

Jack "Kim" Willis Jr., M.P.A.S., M.S.

"Kim" graduated from the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center Physician Assistant program in 2008. He has been employed as a P.A. in the Emergency Room at Midland Memorial Hospital since 2008. He also worked at East University Family Medicine in Odessa, and owned and worked at The Clinic at Green Tree in Midland. In addition to his Master's of Physician Assistant Studies, Kim possesses a Master's of Science from UTPB (2004) and a Bachelor's of Science from Eastern New Mexico University (1990). Prior to becoming a P.A. Kim was a Paramedic and served as the EMS Director at Midland College from 2000-2005. Kim grew up in Portales, New Mexico and has resided in Midland since 1994.

Andrew Allbright

Andrew Allbright, APRN, FNP-C

Andrew Allbright grew up in Andrews, Texas, and graduated from Andrews High School in 1996. Mr. Allbright enlisted in the United States Army in 1999 and trained as a surgical assistant. Andrew graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.

Following graduation from UT Tyler, Andrew earned a commission as a 2nd Lieutenant and served with the 31st Combat Support Hospital in Baghdad, Iraq in 2004. While in Iraq, Andrew worked in the intensive care unit caring for American soldiers, Iraqi civilians and enemy combatants. Andrew earned the rank of Captain before being honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 2007.

In 2009, Andrew earned a Master of Science in Nursing-Nurse Practitioner Studies from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. As a nurse practitioner, Andrew has worked in family practice, mental health, emergency medicine and neurosurgery.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys traveling in his RV with his family, fishing and reading.

Andrew Allbright

Pedro P. Torres, M.P.A.S., PA-C

Pedro Torres was raised in Corpus Christi, Texas where he attended Flour Bluff High School. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science in 2005 and Nursing in 2009 from Texas A&M - Corpus Christi.

Following his graduation he moved to San Antonio, Texas where he worked in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Methodist Main Hospital. He was also a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Air Force 59th Medical Wing En Route Care Research Center at the U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

Mr. Torres graduated with his Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Health Science Center - San Antonio in 2014. He currently is employed at Vital Urgent Care as well as the Emergency Department at Medical Center Hospital.

He moved to Midland with his wife and children in 2014. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and fishing.

Gwen Delk

Hanh H Lovitt

Ms. Lovitt is a board-certified Physician Assistant, born and raised in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. She received an undergraduate Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004. She is also a graduate of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center SOAHP Masters of Physician Assistant Studies program and completed her training in Lubbock, TX at both UMC and Covenant Health Systems. Prior to returning to the Midland-Odessa area in 2014, she practiced at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, AZ. She is currently working at Medical Center Hospital Emergency Room along at Vital Urgent Care. Ms. Lovitt and her husband Matt enjoy running, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with their two dogs, Murray and Phoebe. They are both actively involved with Cane Rosso Rescue and various Vizsla Rescues of America.

Dr. Gerald Delk

Gerald Delk, M.D., M.B.A, FACEP

Dr. Delk is a board certified Emergency Medicine Physician with additional certification in disability medicine. Raised in Midland and a graduate of Midland Lee High School, Dr. Delk continued his education earning undergraduate degrees from Southern Methodist University and a Masters in Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Dr. Delk joined the United States Army after SMU and his completed his Doctor of Medicine from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He continued his active duty military service completing his Emergency Medicine residency at Fort Hood in 2001 and going on to serve overseas with combat tours in Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan. His military honors include the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and the Combat Medical Badge. Currently, Dr. Delk serves as a Commander in the United States Navy Reserve, is actively practicing emergency medicine, and is Co-Founder of the preparatory training program for physicians taking the Texas Medical Jurisprudence Exam. Dr. Delk is married and with his wife, raises and fosters numerous shelter animals.
